Introduction

Story Summary
At the very beginning of the story, it is clearly seen how Shinchan’s beloved TV superhero, Action Mask (Action Kamen), is confronted with a new menace - the evil Leotard Devil who runs away from the fictional world to the real one through the use of a mysterious device. Leotard Devil holds a very firm conviction that she can turn the globe into her ideal place if only she manages to erase it completely and to rewrite it according to her insane idea. On the other hand, Shinchan is quite a different character as he simply wants to go on with his usual naughty antics when all of a sudden he gets caught up in the fight without realizing it.
Due to the fact the line between the made-up and the actual world is fading, Action Mask is no longer able to use his powers and hence he is taken into the real world as well along with the rest of the characters. Therefore, he can only depend on Shinchan, a person that he would have never imagined, to give energize him, defeat Leotard Devil, and make both worlds happy again.
Consequently, the film captures a wild ride through dense hilarious duels, cinematic remixes of action combos, and lots of rib-tickling Shinchan as he puts the audience through his hilarious antics. This flick has something for everyone, from smashing androids, quipping with characters directly, to nothingness itself, it’s full of moments to make kids and the ardent Shinchan fans happy.
